the guy who invented all this. in the summer of 1999, aboard a plane returning to madrid from warsaw, jesús decided to leave everything and create a web page that would help people find a home. for months he thought about how he would do it and who he would pick to accompany him on this venture. on january 22, 2000, he founded idealista.com. previously, jesús had worked as the european director of consultancy in wolff olins and was a design and strategy consultant in the silicon valley. jesús has an mba from harvard business school and was named a young global leader by the world economic forum. only ten spaniards have received this great honor. jesús writes regularly on finance, technology and subjects of interest for entrepreneurs on his blog, jesusencinar.com
césar oteiza
chief operations officer. he works with passion and transmits it to those who surround him. he enjoys an unique talent to take out the best from everybody else. he moves around with his motorbike in order to take advantage of every minute of his life. before setting up idealista he worked for bbk developing its international subsidiaries of private banking in france and switzerland. he has a degree in business administration and law

pablo álvarez-cascos
chief technical officer. pablo's was the second contract to be signed in idealista, in the spring of 2000. he began as programmer but swiftly he demonstrated to be an exceptional person and nowadays every code line of idealista is inside his head. if all of us are necessary in idealista, he is essential. and yes, he is the cousin of the person you are thinking about
marta suárez
financial director. marta worked for ten years in auditing as a manager in deloitte but when she "met" idealista she dropped everything. it was love at first sight. she is passionate about numbers and about her work. she especially likes things to be done well and come out right the first time. she is delighted with the facilities she has found at idealista that enable her to balance her work and her little girl
almudena ucha
idealista studio director. almu can boast of being the first person to sign a contract with idealista. since then, almu has been the soul of the virtual tour, video and photography team. she has reviewed close to 25,000 virtual tours and gets by the sharp eye of this chemist and doctor of science. if you cannot find her in the office, look for her up on a cliffside somewhere, defying gravity
