Bookings made through idealista cannot be modified unilaterally, meaning that neither party (neither the host nor the tenant) can change the booking conditions on their own.
If at any point you need to make a change to your booking, it is essential that you first reach an agreement with the host regarding the new conditions.
Please note that you must give at least 5 days’ notice before the start of the booking, and the change must always be within a maximum of 30 days from the originally scheduled date.
It is very important to understand that if idealista does not receive notification of the agreed changes, the original booking and its conditions will be considered valid. In that case, we will not be able to assist you if any issues arise relating to those uncommunicated changes, as we will have no official record of them.
