How do we sort the results?

When you do a search, we show you results sorted by default according to relevance criteria. We take into account, in addition to your search criteria, the following for this:

  • The listing’s publication date.
  • How complete the listing information is (e.g. the photo quality, the description, etc.)
  • The visibility of the property’s location.
  • Other characteristics we believe may be interesting (e.g. advertiser type, whether the property has an energy certificate, etc.).
  • We give extra visibility to those clients who pay to have their listing highlighted.

Without prejudice to the above, to improve the user experience, we prevent the same advertiser from occupying the first two positions consecutively in a results listing. This allows users to see a greater variety of properties without compromising the priority of listings according to the indicated sorting criteria.

Additionally, in the search results for room rentals, we prioritize listings that offer online booking

Remember that you can always sort the results by other criteria, for example:

  • Price: the highest, the lowest (total or €/m²) or the one that has been reduced the most first.
  • Publication date: newest or oldest first.
  • Height: tallest or shortest first.
