Our aim is for your booking to run smoothly from the moment you make your request until the end of your stay. In the unfortunate event that you need to report an issue to idealista, you must do so through our official channels within 48 hours of the start date of your booking. If we do not receive an official notification within this period, we will be unable to assist you.
To report your issue, contact the Online Booking Team by email at reservas@idealista.com or by calling the Customer Service Team on +34 917 012 031, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00 and at weekends from 10:00 to 18:00.
Once we have received your notification, we will provide instructions by email, requesting any supporting evidence if you have not already submitted it, and outlining the processing times applicable to your specific case.
It is very important that you include your booking reference and contact us using the email address or phone number registered with your booking. This allows us to identify you as the interested party and helps reduce response times.
Please note that if the issue relates to a minor repair that should be carried out by the agency, you must contact the advertiser directly.
