When you make a booking on idealista, your request is automatically sent to the advertiser. If your request matches what the advertiser is looking for, your booking will be accepted.
So, how long does the advertiser have to accept it?
In general, the advertiser has 24 hours to accept your booking. For example, if you make your booking on a Monday at 10:15 am, the advertiser has until Tuesday at 10:15 am to accept it. However, this timeframe only counts on working days. Therefore, if you send your request on a Friday at 10:15 am, the period extends until Monday at 10:15 am due to the weekend. Still, the advertiser can accept a booking submitted on a Friday or a public holiday.
It’s important to stay alert after submitting your request: check the idealista app or your email regularly to see if your booking has been accepted. In the confirmation email, you’ll find all the details, as well as any payments to be made to the advertiser, if specified in the listing.
