Bookings that include insurance can be modified by both the agency and the tenant, as long as idealista is duly informed.
As a tenant, you can change certain aspects of your booking, provided that the agency agrees and you notify us through our official channels.
If you wish to modify specific conditions of the insurance, such as changing the room or the check-in and check-out dates, please note that the policy will cover the amounts corresponding to your original booking — meaning the dates and price of the new room are not updated. Therefore, depending on the features of the new room, the coverage may be slightly reduced.
