International data transfers involve sending personal data from the Spanish territory to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
This type of transfer may occur when we hire suppliers that offer their services outside the EEA.
International transfers must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In addition, it is necessary that the entities receiving the data are located in a country recognized by the European Commission as having an adequate level of data protection, or that they provide adequate guarantees through the different instruments offered by the regulations.
At idealista, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We currently work with the following service providers outside the EEA who may have access to certain User data:

These measures ensure that your data is protected even when it is transferred across EEA borders. If you have any questions or need more information about our data protection practices, please do not hesitate to contact us.
