Once your Booking Request is accepted by the advertiser, the monthly payment and idealista’s Service Fee will be charged immediately to the card you selected as your payment method. Remember, the advertiser has 24 hours to accept a Booking Request.
If an error occurs during the payment, we recommend contacting your bank to check whether there are any blocks or authorisations pending on your card. You can also consult our article, “Why am I getting an error when trying to pay for my booking?”.
Please note that we do not charge for making requests; you are only charged when a booking is accepted. This payment will be held in our custody for up to 48 hours after the start of your booking, allowing you to make use of idealista’s guarantee.
