When you submit a booking request through the Online Booking Service, you can check the status of your request at any time by accessing your profile under “Room Bookings.” Here you’ll see the progress of your booking through different statuses, helping you know exactly where you are in the process:
Requested: This is the initial status, which appears when you send your request to the advertiser. From that moment, the advertiser has 24 hours to respond. Please note that weekends are not included in this timeframe, so if you send your request on a Friday, you may not receive a response until the following Monday.
Accepted: If the advertiser accepts your request, the booking moves to this status. Congratulations! This means your booking has been confirmed, and you no longer need to keep looking for accommodation.
Rejected: If the advertiser cannot accept your request, the booking will appear as rejected. In this case, you’ll need to look for another accommodation option.
In progress: From your check-in date until the end of your stay, the booking will show as “In progress.” This allows you to keep track of your reservation while you’re staying at the accommodation.
