Feria de Julio Valencia 2025
Valencia is preparing for one of its highlights of the year with the Feria de Julio 2025, officially starting on 1 July and running until the end of the month. Under the name Gran Fira, this year’s edition will once again focus on decentralising cultural activities, bringing over 400 free events to neighbourhoods, outlying districts and iconic locations across the city.
The Valencia July Fair will feature shows, children’s activities, open-air cinema, theatre, fireworks and sports activities for all ages. One of the major attractions this year will be the opening show: a piano concert performed four metres above ground, accompanied by acrobatics and a firework display in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
The Viveros Concerts will once again be a musical highlight, with artists such as Vanesa Martín, Europe, Rosario, The Human League and Camila, while free shuttle buses will allow visitors to enjoy sunsets in the Albufera. Check the full Feria de Julio programme on the official website.

Valencia Funfair
The Valencia Funfair returns this summer 2025 to Section IX of the Turia Gardens, between the Puente de las Flores and the Exposición Bridge, as part of the Feria de Julio. From 22 June to 3 August, visitors can enjoy classic rides such as the Viking ship, dodgems, haunted house and game stalls, alongside a wide range of food options.
Opening hours are from 18:30 to 01:00 from Sunday to Thursday, and until 02:00 on Fridays, Saturdays and the eve of public holidays. With safety measures in place, daily cleaning, ambulance cover and controls to prevent street drinking, this year’s fair will continue to switch off the noisiest attractions from 23:00 onwards.
Batalla de Flores
The Batalla de Flores, the event that marks the end of the Feria de Julio, will take place on Sunday 27 July from 20:00 on the Paseo de la Alameda. This colourful event, celebrated since 1891, is the grand finale of the festival, transforming the promenade into a carpet of carnations.
An impressive 1,200,000 carnations from local fields in Alboraya, Meliana, Alcàsser and surrounding areas will be thrown between the crowd and the 40 decorated floats during the traditional punxà, held the night before.

Open-air cinema at La Rambleta
This summer, the terrace at La Rambleta will become Valencia’s most cinema-loving open-air venue, with screenings every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 19 June to 12 July 2025 at 22:00.
The programme includes classics, family films and documentaries, with titles such as Murder by Death, I Am Nevenka and The Princess Bride. Tickets cost 7 euros and include a drink, and you can bring your own dinner or enjoy options from the on-site bars.
