Valencia’s skyline has a new resident. The city will soon welcome a new skyscraper: AQ The One, the most ambitious project by developer AQ Acentor in the city, set to rise in Burjassot. Standing 100 metres tall with 30 floors, the building will host 200 homes overlooking Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas.
Luxury apartments from €400,000 to €1.5 Million
Future residents will be able to choose from two- to four-bedroom apartments, all designed with terraces to maximise natural light, and including a parking space and storage room.
Prices range from €426,000 for standard apartments to €1.5 million for luxury penthouses, making it a prime option both to live in and to invest.
At 100 metres tall, it is close in height to Valencia’s tallest building: the Hilton Tower, known since 2011 as the Meliá Hotel, which stands 117 metres tall with 29 floors.
As the photographs show, the building features modern, linear architecture. Its spaces are generous, and the apartments themselves are equally spacious.
Family areas and adult-only zones
The ground floor is the heart of social life, featuring a family pool in a large garden, a private cinema, a gym, meeting rooms, children’s and youth areas with a kitchen, industrial laundry facilities, a pet washing area, and a workshop for bikes and scooters. A sustainable charging hub for electric vehicles also completes this level.
Relaxation and indulgence in Valencia’s sky
On the 12th floor, AQ The One offers an adults-only infinity pool, a fully equipped gym, and a luxury wellness area with a spa, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, massage room, and swim pool.
This floor also hosts a coworking and library area, an events lounge with indoor and outdoor kitchens, and a wine and cigar cellar.
Designed by Ingennus—the studio behind Torre Zaragoza—this new project marks AQ Acentor’s 11th development in Valencia, with a total investment of €470 million since 2018.
