Real estate transactions in the country fell by 19.1% year-on-year between April and June

Andorra has reported a 19.1% drop in real estate transactions during Q2 2024 compared to the same period last year, when 451 exchanges took place, 86 fewer than this year, according to the country's statistics department.

The same statement also shows fewer transactions from 1,132 properties in Q2 2023 to 975 in the same period this year, reflecting a drop of 13.9% across all types of properties.

For flats, detached houses, and other buildings, the decline is 13.9%, with 341 properties transacted in Q2 2024 compared to 396 in the same period last year.

Property prices in Andorra

The value of these transacted properties fell by 21.6% in Q2, from an overall sum of around €270 million to less than €210 million, mainly due to the drop in the value of premises and warehouses.

However, the price per square metre in flat-type properties increased by 12% in this period, from €3,473/m2 to €3,890/m2.
