Grupo Insur has doubled its investment in the Costa del Sol with the launch of Soleil, a new development of 80 exclusive homes located in the natural enclave of Altos de los Monteros, in Marbella (Málaga), alongside the start of construction on Origin, a development of 57 homes in the same area.
According to Insur, "With an investment of €43 million, the Soleil development offers two- and three-bedroom homes, each featuring spacious terraces and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea." They further added, "The penthouses boast exclusive sun terraces, perfect for outdoor relaxation with breathtaking panoramic sea views, allowing residents to enjoy the excellent weather and Mediterranean atmosphere."
The communal areas at Soleil include an outdoor infinity pool with stunning sea views, a chill-out area with a pool bar, a social lounge, a heated lap pool, a gym and a spa with a Turkish bath.
Meanwhile, in the same Altos de los Monteros area, Grupo Insur has commenced construction on Origin, a modern residential complex consisting of 57 homes, with an investment of €29 million and the creation of 421 direct and indirect jobs.
These homes, which offer one to three bedrooms, feature large terraces and views of the Mediterranean Sea. Insur highlights that they also include "exceptional quality finishes and community amenities designed to provide the perfect balance of privacy and comfort." The homes are expected to be completed and delivered in the summer of 2027.
Among the services offered at Origin are a coworking space, a fully equipped gym, a heated lap pool and a social club with access to an outdoor pool. Additionally, Grupo Insur offers its "Custom Manager" service, enabling home customisation to suit the needs and lifestyles of future owners.
Commitment to the Costa del Sol
The launch of Soleil marks Insur's fourth project in the Altos de los Monteros area and its ninth development in Marbella. The group has a total of 1,000 homes planned for this year in Eastern Andalusia, with 900 of these located on the Costa del Sol.
Juan Conejo, Grupo Insur's director of development for Eastern Andalusia, commented, "These two developments reinforce Grupo Insur's commitment to the Costa del Sol, where, in addition to Marbella, the company is actively promoting several projects in Mijas Costa and Estepona."
In this way, the group strengthens its strategy and commitment to Eastern Andalusia, with an investment of over €405 million to develop more than 1,000 homes.
Currently, Insur has the Quintessence, Origin and Soleil developments in Marbella, Insur Scala in Estepona, Balance and Savia in Mijas Costa, and Las Terrazas de Macenas in Mojácar available for sale across Eastern Andalusia.
