We analyze monthly the behavior of the supply, demand and price of the residential market for sale and rent for the national market and its evolution in recent years.

This has created a need for affordable housing, especially in certain locations. The purpose of this report is to analyze the relationship between the decrease in stock and the growth of prices in the market.
