How to include a tenant in the list of defaulters

If your tenant has not paid rent for one or more months, you can include them in our defaulting tenant records.

What do you need in order to add a tenant to the defaulting tenant records?

1. Rental contract

2. Payment request from idealista sent by the landlord to the tenant

3. Proof of sending the idealista payment request

4. ID or company tax number (CIF) of the property owner

5. Phone number of the property owner

And if you are a real estate agency, remember that you must also have the document authorising you to act on behalf of the owner.
