Hotel Investment Partners (HIP), one of the largest owners of holiday hotels in southern Europe, has invested €35 million to transform and open the Cala San Miguel Hotel Ibiza. This five-star superior hotel is the only one in the cove that gives it its name. It is exclusively for adults and has direct access to the beach.
The hotel complex has 196 rooms, of which 34 are renovated junior or premium suites with stunning sea and mountain views. It also has a gym, wellness area, and a wide range of leisure and dining options, including an Italian à la carte restaurant, buffet and two outdoor bars, in the lobby and on the pool terrace, to enjoy the surroundings.
The hotel's location allows guests to enjoy a range of outdoor activities such as scenic walks, kayaking, excursions to nearby coves on traditional llaüt boats, mountain biking, paddle surfing, and fishing adventures, among many others.
Cala San Miguel will operate in conjunction with The Club Cala San Miguel, a newly built five-star hotel with 96 premium rooms, forming Cala San Miguel Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, a five-star resort with 292 rooms, ten dining establishments, four swimming pools, wellness facilities and two gyms.
The investment made in Cala San Miguel Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, €35 million in Cala San Miguel and €20 million in Club San Miguel, has added value to assets with a unique location, which has been transformed following criteria of sustainability, integration and respect for the environment. The result is a conceptual resort that enhances the holiday experience of a premium destination such as Ibiza.
