Luxury villa in Ibiza Izilend

Izilend, the alternative financing arm of FS Capital, founded in 2018 and operating in Spain and Portugal, has provided a €5 million loan to a Dutch developer for the construction of three luxury villas in Ibiza.

This loan, intended to complete the project, has a term of 24 months, the estimated time needed to finalise construction and market the properties. The projected sales value of the three villas is close to €24 million.

The villas, named Can Caliza, Can Laurena and Can Montana, are designed to exceptional standards of quality, exclusive design and advanced technology, incorporating Ibiza's signature artisan elements. Each residence boasts unique features, ensuring exclusivity for their future owners.

  • Can Caliza: 603 m2 built, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms on 1,200 m2 of land.
  • Can Laurena: 809 m2 built with six bedrooms and six bathrooms on 1,700 m2 of land.
  • Can Montana: 793 m2 built with six bedrooms and six bathrooms located on 1,700 m2 of land.

The first villa is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025. The properties are located in San Miguel Bay in San Juan de Labritja to the north of Ibiza. This area is experiencing rapid growth due to the development of new services and the modernisation of the hotel sector, providing an ideal environment for both residents and tourists.

The project is being led by Dutch developer Vincent van Os, in partnership with The Blue Pearl, a prominent real estate firm specialising in the design, construction and management of luxury properties in Ibiza. With over 30 years of experience and more than 200 completed projects, The Blue Pearl is a benchmark on the island.

Izilend, with more than six years of experience in the alternative financing sector, operates in over 20 Spanish provinces and Portugal. In the Balearic Islands, particularly in Mallorca and Ibiza, it has financed several projects, including the recent acquisition of one of the last available plots for the construction of 90 luxury homes.
