Marbella continues to cement its status as one of Europe’s foremost luxury residential destinations. Italian fashion house Versace, in partnership with developer RGZ Developers, has unveiled its latest high-end real estate venture: Ocho de Oro — an exclusive collection of eight designer villas located in Nueva Andalucía, one of Marbella’s most sought-after areas.
Each villa, priced from €12 million, has been designed with the unmistakable aesthetic of Versace Home. For the first time, Versace brings its signature fashion sensibility to the residential market on the Costa del Sol with a concept of this scale and ambition.
Bespoke luxury villas with over 20 rooms and signature design
Set on individual 2,000 m² plots, each of the eight villas features more than 20 rooms spread across two levels. The interiors reflect Versace’s iconic design language, incorporating emblematic elements such as the Medusa motif and Baroque detailing. A harmonious blend of sculpted stone, fine marble, sumptuous textiles and natural light creates a uniquely opulent atmosphere. Each residence includes a private spa, outdoor cinema, gym, and heated pools — firmly establishing Ocho de Oro as one of the most luxurious developments in the region.
To enhance the purchasing experience, RGZ Developers has opened a dedicated showroom in Puerto Banús, where clients can explore first-hand the finishes, materials and decorative elements featured in the villas. This bespoke space underscores the project’s commitment to exceptional quality and personalised service.
The official launch took place at Marbella’s exclusive “Momento Marbella” club, with a luxury event attended by prominent figures from the worlds of fashion, sport, and business — further strengthening the connection between Versace Home and Marbella’s glamorous lifestyle.
