Although there's always room for improvement, Spain isn't that bad. According to the latest data from the "Better Life Index", a platform with information on welfare from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) ensures that Spain is the fourth country where workers enjoy a good balance between personal life and work.
While Spain occupies the fourth position among those who make up the body (along with Russia, Brazil and South Africa) in which it is easier to make private life compatible with work, this is only surpassed by the Netherlands, which leads the ranking, followed by Italy and Denmark.
In order to make the index on which the classification is based, OECD experts took into account the average number of working hours and the leisure and personal care time of each country, among other factors.
