Benidorm takes another step forward as a luxury residential destination thanks to the inauguration of Delfin Tower, a building where the most expensive flat in the history of Benidorm has been sold. It is a property with a surface area of 380 m2, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that has been sold for 2.8 million euros, according to market sources.

The opening of the building, which is among several new residential skyscrapers in Benidorm, conceived from the beginning as an architectural and sustainability landmark, will mark the real estate sector of the city, as it represents the impulse of the concept of modern luxury in a market where the demand for high standing property is still incipient.

With a height of 98 metres, 22 floors and 39 apartments (33 of which have already been sold and the rest are for sale on idealista), this skyscraper is the last residential building of flats for sale in Benidorm on the beachfront that will see the light of day for many years. Delfin Tower Benidorm prices start at 795,000 euros for 2 bedroom apartments, and 1,055,000 euros for 3 bedroom apartments.

Therefore, with the aim of putting an end to its construction process and starting its new stage as an exclusive skyscraper of reference in the town, Goya Real Estate, the developer that has raised the construction of the property, celebrated at the end of July the inauguration of the building and proceeded to its opening. This means that the residential tower is now available to all current and future owners.
