Benidorm Beach, a 126-metre high, 36-storey residential building, has been named the best residential development in Europe for 2024 by the jury of experts at the International Property Awards. The project, promoted by the Alicante-based real estate developer Alibuilding and designed by Chamizo Arquitectos, has won awards in the High-Rise Residential Building and Best Residential Flat Design categories.
The International Property Awards has honoured this 126-metre high, 36-storey skyscraper, featuring 196 flats with two, three, or four bedrooms. Some of these are still available for sale on idealista, with prices starting at €690,000.
The location of this residential complex provides panoramic views of the Costa Blanca, thanks to its height and proximity to the beach, allowing residents to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea from sunrise to sunset.
