The iconic Metropolis building, located at the junction of Gran Vía and Calle Alcalá, will be reborn on 21 January as Club Metropolis. Spanning 6,000 m², it will feature a boutique hotel, rooftop terrace, multiple dining venues and over 200 annual experiences for its members.

The project, developed by the Paraguas Group, marks 115 years since the building’s 1911 inauguration. Renowned for its emblematic dome topped by the Winged Victory, the structure is a jewel of Madrid architecture.

After more than five years of renovation, the building will house a private club, a 19-room boutique hotel and seven dining establishments. Despite the opening being over a month away, membership applications are already full, with a waiting list now in place.

Grupo Paraguas, founded by Marta Seco and Sandro Silva, aims to position Club Metropolis among the world’s leading private venues, joining the ranks of exclusive spaces in London and New York.
