More than 2,000 discounted houses have arrived on the market. Recently, the Spanish real estate agencies Aliseda and Haya Real Estate have announced commercial campaigns to release more supply of real estate.
Specifically, Aliseda has put on sale 2,500 properties with discounts of up to 40%, of which 1,500 are homes spread across different parts of Spain and the remaining 1,000 are commercial assets, mainly warehouses and business premises.
The residential supply of Banco Santander's real estate portal includes used homes with discounts of over 10%, although there are also 71 new developments in several Spanish provinces with discounts of close to 25%. The biggest price cuts are in tertiary assets and are aimed at entrepreneurs and small businesses.
The Haya Real Estate campaign, on the other hand, includes more than 2,200 properties, a third of which are housing and the rest are garages and storage rooms. The estate agency, together with Liberbank, is offering discounts of up to 40% and you can find houses for less than 70,000 euro, mainly located in Castile-La Mancha and Cantabria. The offer will last until the end of March.
