A building over 500 years old that was abandoned for years has been converted into a small luxury boutique hotel located in the centre of Palma de Mallorca. It even has the largest private garden in the city centre.
With a surface area of 2,500 m2, the garden has a spectacular swimming pool to enjoy all year round. The redesign has been led by the architecture studio ohlab. The hotel has 24 rooms, a spa and an incredible terrace with panoramic views.
But this hotel conversion is certainly not typical, as it has been designed so that the guest is not in front of a hotel but of a house. Instead of being immediately in front of a reception, what you see is an entrance hall. Instead of a restaurant, there is a residential dining room.
