It is a well-known and popular attraction for visitors from all over, not only because you can admire the fantastic scenery of the Pacific Ocean, with golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, but also because it is a perfect place for walking, cycling or rollerblading while enjoying the sea breeze.

This minimalist house is set in a privileged location, taking full advantage of its panoramic ocean views and proximity to the beach. Its architectural design maximises space and natural light and creates a serene and flowing atmosphere throughout the interior. The architects wanted to make clear one thing clear: each part of the house has a distinct relationship to The Strand.
"The lower floor is conceived as an extension of the beach, and one's attention is absorbed by the activity in front of it". The second level "observes The Strand from a distance, away from the hustle and bustle below due to its elevated position". Finally, the third level "focuses upwards towards the calm of the horizon and the sky," they note.
Simplicity and functionality
Upon entering the house, you are greeted by a minimalist entrance hall with polished marble floors and a floating staircase that gives a sense of lightness and modernity. The interior spaces are simple and functional, using a neutral colour palette and high-quality materials. White walls and high ceilings increase the sense of space and luminosity in each bedroom.
The open-plan living room merges with the kitchen and dining area in an open-space concept. Minimalist furniture, such as straight-lined sofas and elegant coffee tables, create a sophisticated and relaxing ambience. Large windows let natural light flood the interior and provide stunning views of the coastal landscape.
The bedrooms follow the same minimalist aesthetic, with elegantly designed platform beds and built-in wardrobes that maximise storage space. The bathrooms echo this elegance, with marble tiling, modern fixtures and fittings and meticulous attention to detail.
