KEU Mobile Home is a Spanish company that builds and distributes mobile and smart prefabricated homes. It was founded in 2019 to revolutionise the traditional concept of mobile homes.

KEU prefabricated houses are designed to withstand the most adverse climates. They have a steel structure, polyurethane panel chambers, ventilated façade system and lacquered aluminium cladding. The insulation thickness reduces the acoustic footprint and optimises its life and performance. It also has an air conditioning system of 20,000 British thermal units for cases of extreme heat.
"We recommend laying a concrete slab that will support and level the KEU. Our homes can be connected to the mains (water, electricity and sanitation) or you can choose to be totally or partially self-sufficient, in which case, we carry out a study according to demand, use and location within the plot," the company says.
KEUs come fully equipped as standard and are ready to be installed in a maximum of two hours, even on the most adverse terrain.

Elements such as the porcelain folding table or the Felis Truman Italian sofa bed convert the rooms to suit every moment of the day. The glass bay window, located in the bedroom, also has a shower and is equipped with intelligent glass panes to allow light to pass through or to ensure privacy depending on when it is being used. STANDARD KEU
KEU's standard model is designed for a couple living with all the comforts of a traditional home, but enjoying the surroundings as only a mobile home can. Its price starts at €79,900.
It has a surface area of 42 m2, one bedroom and a bathroom. Its convertible rooms optimise the space, so one or two people can live in comfort all year round. Elements such as retractable desks allow the rooms to be adapted to suit every moment of the day.
KEU FAMILY
The KEU Family model is a prefabricated mobile home designed for the whole family to enjoy anywhere. Designed as a second home or for a holiday resort, it can easily be placed on any plot and is ideal for couples who want to have all the comforts of the standard KEU model with the option of hosting guests.
