What is the passive house concept?

Mohma Compact
The smallest modular house model, Mohma Compact, has a surface area of 28.5 m2, divided into two floors, the upper floor being open-plan. It has a living-dining room with integrated kitchen, bathroom and two single beds. Its price starts at 50,000 euros.
The interior, with a minimalist décor and painted in soothing colours, offers an environment that encourages total concentration, making it the perfect home for teleworking or regular weekend retreats.
Although the simplest model starts at 50,000 euros, extras such as efficient ventilation, solar panels and batteries, home automation, etc. can be added.
Mohma Standard
The intermediate model, the Standard, starts at 62,000 euros and has two floors spread over 32.8m2. It is distributed in a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, with capacity for a double bed and two singles.
The basic finish includes: the complete wooden structure, electricity and water installation, a hot water heater, tramex terrace, bathroom with towel radiator, exterior and interior carpentry, wall and vault cladding, stained glass windows, a ladder, a heat recovery ventilation system, smoke detector and fire extinguisher.
On the other hand, it is possible to contract a superior finish, the basic+, with which you receive your Mohma ready to live in with everything you need to move in as soon as you receive the key. The price of this finish for the Standard model is 71,000 euros.
Mohma Premium
Finally, the largest model, Mohma Premium, can accommodate up to 8 people and has a surface area of 45m2 divided into two floors. This model adds an extra bathroom and even a living room to the design.
The design of this Mohma can be customised and the living room can be replaced by an office, or one of the bedrooms by a library. This is a model that is ideal for planning long family getaways to the countryside.
The most basic Premium option is available from 73,000 euros. However, it is possible to obtain the basic+ finish with a fully equipped home for 82,000 euros.
