Renowned fashion designers are branching out into real estate, and Versace is no exception. The Italian brand has partnered with RGZ Developers to introduce an exclusive luxury villa development in Marbella. Situated in the prestigious Nueva Andalucía area, these villas are valued at over €10 million, according to El Economista.
This development adds to Marbella’s growing portfolio of luxury projects endorsed by prestigious brands like Karl Lagerfeld and Dolce & Gabbana. Marbella continues to cement its reputation as Spain’s luxury hotspot, with properties reaching up to €20 million.
According to RGZ Developers, the villas showcase a unique Versace design, making each property truly one of a kind. Nestled in the tranquil private hills of Nueva Andalucía, these villas offer stunning panoramic views from every floor. This is the first project of its kind to feature Versace Home in continental Europe.
Each villa covers approximately 2,000m2 and includes opulent amenities such as private landscaped gardens, wellness centres, and multiple swimming pools, including a heated pool connected to an outdoor pool. The properties also benefit from 24-hour security managed by artificial intelligence and restricted access for added privacy.
Owners will also benefit from five-star service. The interior design will be curated by Versace Home, encompassing everything from flooring to kitchens and bathrooms. Versace Home extends the brand's design vision into every aspect of lifestyle, reflecting its distinctive energy through a comprehensive home collection that includes furniture, textiles, porcelain, glassware, and more. The brand's iconic motifs – such as Medusa, Greca, and Baroque – are as recognisable in their homeware as they are in their fashion collections, according to Versace.
Versace's home collection made its debut in 1992, marking one of the first ventures by a luxury fashion house into furniture and homeware design.
