Andalusia
We begin our tour of the most expensive rental properties in Andalusia, with a monthly price of an eye-watering €155,000. Catalonia

This home truly has everything: a spa, a gym equipped with Technogym machines, a paddle tennis court, changing rooms, a solarium and a garage for five cars. Perhaps the most striking feature is its swimming pool, which includes a covered section that opens to the outside.
Extremadura
The most expensive rental property in Extremadura is a chalet in Mérida, available for €3,500. The property, which spans three floors, sits on a 240 m2 plot and has a constructed area of 600 m2. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a garage for six vehicles, an elevator, and an aerothermal system with underfloor heating and cooling, along with various other features. It is newly built and in pristine condition.
Galicia
In the autonomous community of Galicia, the most expensive rental property, priced at €25,000 per month, is located in Sanxenxo, Pontevedra. This three-storey detached house covers 1,000 m2 on 5,000 m2 of land and features 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. According to the listing, it is available for rent only as a remote working headquarters.
Murcia
In the Region of Murcia, this independent villa in Corvera is available for €6,000 a month. The property sits on 2,255 m2 of land featuring pine trees, lemon trees, fig trees and palm trees. It has a surface area of 270 m2, with five bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Navarre
In the Autonomous Community of Navarre, the most expensive luxury home to rent has a monthly price of €4,500 a month. It is located in Pamplona and is a three-storey villa, 785 m2 of constructed area, nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The property stands out for its expansive garden with a barbecue area, a wine cellar in the basement, and the top floor, which features an attic design.
La Rioja
In La Rioja, the most expensive property available for rent is a 19th-century palatial villa in Ortigosa, priced at €10,000 a month. The house has a built area of approximately 1,150 m2, distributed across the ground floor and four additional floors.
This unique property, which offers privileged views of the village, consists of 13 rooms, most of which range from 110m2 to 60 m2. It also features 12 bathrooms and a large plot of 2,298 m2, complete with gardens and a forest.
Valencian Community
