Lithuanian investment management company Reverest Fund Management has announced its first project in Spain. It is a luxury residential complex of 54 flats to be built on the Costa del Sol, in La Cala de Mijas (Málaga), where it plans to invest €40 million.

The flats will have between one and three bedrooms, will feature terraces and exquisite views over the Mediterranean - except for the ground floor ones, which will boast private gardens - and will go on the market from €490,000, according to information obtained by idealista/news.

The residential project has already obtained its building permit, so they expect to start construction during the first quarter of this year, intending to have it ready in three years, that is, in the first three months of 2028. In addition, the management company confirms that 20% of the flats are already reserved, mainly by foreign buyers.

The residential complex will also offer a wide range of communal amenities: an infinity pool, a relaxation area, a private gym and an indoor pool for winter use. In addition, the penthouses will have access to a private terrace with a jacuzzi and barbecue area.

Future projects in Spain

“Spain has been the fastest-growing economy among all the major developed Western countries in recent years. The country’s exemplary fiscal policy, infrastructure investments, a robust industrial sector and a rapidly growing population generate enormous demand for real estate and especially for new housing. All of this cemented our decision to enter the Spanish real estate market,” stated Justinas Galginaitis, partner and director of the asset management firm.

“This first project fits perfectly into our portfolio due to its exceptional location, panoramic views and excellent infrastructure. Given the high demand for this type of property, we are certain this investment will succeed, and we are already planning future projects in Spain,” said company representative Linas Žilevičius.

The fund plans to continue its investments throughout Spain, focusing not only on holiday homes on the Costa del Sol, but also on residential projects in the country's top 10 cities. The fund is also actively exploring opportunities to enter the Spanish market with its investment strategy in retail and food.
