La Finca
This residential area, located in Somosaguas, Pozuelo de Alarcón, is one of the most luxurious par excellence. The origins of La Finca date back to 1989, when Luis García Cereceda decided to build a real estate megaproject in Pozuelo. For this he contracted Joaquín Torres.

La Moraleja
Surely the most exclusive residential area in Madrid after La Finca. Its origins date back to the start of the 17th Century. At the time it was part of the surrounding areas of El Pardo, and belonged to Carlos III of Spain's heritage. In 1946 the master plan for La Moraleja was developed as a residential compound for ciudad jardín covering around 590 hectares to the end of Alcobendas, 5.72 of Fuencarral and 9.33 of Hortaleza.
La Moraleja has many attributes worth pointing out, but there is one that is worth naming over the rest. The area has around 950 hectares, of which 70% are covered by green surface.

El Plantío is an administrative neighbourhood in the Moncloa-Arayaca district, in Madrid, and is formed by La Florida, Casaquemada and Plantío itself. Celebrities such as Jorge Javier Vázquez live in this area.

El Viso
El Viso is a neighbourhood in the Chamartin district, in the northeast area of Madrid. It takes its name from the historic settlement built during the period of 1933-1936 by the architect Rafael Bergamín Gutiérrez (part of the generación del 25 architectural generation) with the collaboration of Luis Felipe Vivanco.
The settlement constitutes an example of Madrid rationalism. It is composed of 2 apartment single-family houses, many of which were inhabited by intellectuals from the era. Currently the neighbourhood comprises, together with El Viso, the old settlements of Parques Residencia and Iturbe IV.

Conde Orgaz-Piovera
La Piovera is a neighbourhood which belongs to the Hortaleza district, in the city of Madrid. Its population consists of 13,740 habitants. In the past the area was called the Portugalete Panderón neighbourhood, taking its name from its owner, the Marquis of Portugalete.
The neighbourhood is an area which has grown in a badly organised manner, and through phases, containing buildings with different characteristics and densities. In some places, they completely lack coordination between them, individual houses can be found next to high rise buildings.
