Now, an employment opportunity has arisen for anyone who needs a job as a British couple are looking for house sitters, someone to manage their private luxury villa for £2,000 a month. This works out at about 2,350 euros with the current exchange rate.
The job portal Silver Swan Recruitment, which specialises in jobs related to high end families such as personal assistants, private chefs, estate managers or babysitters, is advertising this job in a luxury villa in Ibiza.
The British couple who want to hire the house sitters more specifically require an experienced couple to manage and look after their home in their absence. "The couple will take care of the daily running of the property, from cleaning to organising events," the offer states. "In addition to the daily maintenance of the house, experience in the kitchen is required, as well as acting as a personal assistant in case of events or appointments of the couple.
They also ask for experience of up to four years in luxury hotels, organisation, flexibility, and good communication skills, as well as a valid driving licence.
As well as the generous salary, free accommodation is also offered in the villa itself or in a separate two-bedroom apartment. In addition, there is the possibility of days off when the owners are not in residence so that the house sitters can also enjoy the beautiful island of Ibiza. The job listing also states that immediate incorporation is requested.
