Benidorm's residential skyscrapers are looking for tenants for their luxury flats. InTempo, Delfin and Sunset Waves are some of the residential buildings with properties for rent. And all of them are available on idealista.
Generally speaking, their monthly rents are between €3,000 and €4,000. They are between 90 and 130 m2 with between two and three bedrooms, offering potential tenants spacious communal areas, panoramic views of the Mediterranean and are close to the beach. A deposit is required for some of them.
InTempo flats from €3,000/month
InTempo is one of the most famous buildings in Spain. It is currently the tallest residential skyscraper in Europe and has several flats available for rent. The most affordable is a 130-m2 property (of which 95 m2 is usable) and includes a living room, separate kitchen and laundry room, two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, and a 23-m2 terrace with views of the sea and the city's skyline. It is on the 37th floor and the rent is set at €3,000 per month with a one-month deposit.
On the same floor, there is another 94-m2 unit available with a spacious fully furnished living room and terrace-balcony. In this case, both bathrooms are en-suite and the rent is €3,300 per month. According to the listing, this is a long-term lease.
The communal areas of the InTempo building include a 24-hour concierge, outdoor swimming pools, heated pool, restaurant, bar, gym, spa and jacuzzis, while the flats are rented with fully equipped kitchens.
Discounted Sunset Waves flat
In the avant-garde and sophisticated Sunset Waves residential complex, a 130-m2 flat on the 13th floor is available for rent. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace and a balcony and rent is €3,000 per month. The rent has recently dropped by 14%, as it was at €3,500 per month.
This building has over 10,000 m2 of communal and leisure areas with large gardens, swimming pools with jacuzzis, a chill-out lounge area and a 2,000-m2 beach area with natural grass. It also has a large sports area that includes a tennis court, paddle tennis court, multi-sports court, petanque courts and a 150-m2 panoramic gymnasium, together with massage rooms, sauna and a children's area, among other amenities.
A Delfin Tower flat for €3,950 per month
Delfin Tower, another of Benidorm's most prominent residential towers, also has flats for rent. On idealista there is a 100-m2 flat with two bedrooms overlooking the sea, two full bathrooms, with top-of-the-range bathroom fittings, a spacious living room with an office-kitchen and the option to rent it furnished. The rent is €3,950 per month.
The communal areas have an outdoor swimming pool, a top-floor heated pool, gym, tennis courts, communal area for groups and meetings. According to the listing, "it is especially designed for professionals who want to work remotely from Benidorm, sportsmen, cyclists, digital nomads, managers who move to the Costa Blanca or people with flexible jobs. it would also be perfect for travellers who want to spend a long time enjoying the good weather of our bay or residents in the province who are looking for a place halfway between the north and south of Alicante".
