First listed at the end of 2021, the development christened 'Karl Lagerfeld Villas Marbella' is progressing with work commencing on the 5 exclusive homes, the keys to which are expected to be handed over to their owners in the summer of 2024.

The first of these has already been sold, "with a long list of international buyers and investors interested in acquiring the remaining 4 properties. Based on sales forecasts, and given the strong desire for the limited number of units available, prices could be exceeded in the coming weeks as the project progresses," according to the company.

Specifically, the villa that has been sold is located at the southern end of the development, on a plot of 1,430 m2 on which is located, in addition to the main house with 4 levels (basement, main floor, first floor and rooftop) and a total of 1,000 m2, an outdoor swimming pool of 150 m2.

This development is located in one of the best residential areas of Marbella, known as "Marbella's Golden Mile", and will occupy a total area of 9,670 m2. It will embrace an urban forestry strategy by planting a total of 300/350 trees, adding to its contribution to the biodiversity of the area, while reducing CO2 emissions, and has planned the construction of more than 2 km of cycle paths connecting the villas to the sea with the aim of encouraging alternative mobility in the most exclusive areas of the Costa del Sol.
