Samil Beach (Vigo, Galicia)

Its many amenities include swimming pools, sports courts and restaurants, but what truly sets it apart are the comprehensive facilities for people with reduced mobility: amphibious chairs, designated areas and accessible walkways to the shore.

Just minutes from the centre of Vigo, one of Galicia’s main cities, living near Samil means quality of life with amenities on the doorstep. As of July 2025, the average price of property for sale in Vigo stands at €2,251 per m².

Las Vistas Beach (Arona, Tenerife)

In the heart of Los Cristianos, Las Vistas is a golden sweep of sand washed by calm waters. It offers extensive facilities, including a lift for transfers, assisted bathing, accessible signage, walkways and specialised staff. With its year-round mild climate, it attracts visitors from across Spain and abroad.
