The Alicante real estate company headed by Sergio Vidal Balaguer, Goya Real Estate, will invest €80 m in the second tower of the Gran Delfin project in Benidorm, which includes a luxury hotel and residential resort with two skyscrapers on the seafront of the Poniente beach in the city of Benidorm.

After the inauguration last summer of the first phase of Gran Delfin, which consisted of opening the doors to the luxury skyscraper Delfin Tower (98 metres, 22 floors and 39 homes), the real estate company has announced the second phase of the project. Under the name Gran Delfin Private Residences&Hotel, Goya RE will build another 44-storey, 158-metre high skyscraper nearby with 200 apartments and an exclusive hotel.

The tower will be built on the site of the historic Gran Hotel Delfin, which opened in 1963. The building's design, which will receive Leed Gold certification, includes the recreation of artificial dunes and two swimming pools: one 1,000-square-metre pool exclusively for owners; and another outdoor pool, in the beach club, measuring approximately 1,500 square metres.

Gran Delfín will also have a sauna, spa, lobby, gym, yoga and pilates area, coworking spaces, gardens, sky gardens, tennis and paddle tennis court, social club, restaurant, spacious storage rooms, car parks with electric charging for approximately 180 cars, an auditorium and a beach club with three areas of grass, sand and wood with direct access to the beach.
