The hotel has more than 3,500 m2 of land and 2,000 m2 of built space across its various rooms and buildings and is currently operational. And now it is for sale on idealista for €1.5 million.
As explained in the listing, the property consists of three buildings. The main building consists of two floors with a lift, comprising 29 double rooms, two single rooms and one triple room, all with individual bathrooms. It also has a reception, a restaurant, a conservatory with views on the ground floor, and a large multi-purpose events room with a capacity for 80 people, as well as a 300 m2 terrace with views of the Sierra.
The second building houses seven chalets; six sleep three people, and the other five. All have independent air-conditioning, full bathroom with hydromassage, a living room with fireplace, microwave, fridge and attic bedroom. The last building is a beautiful rural house where the owner currently lives, which can be easily converted into two individual flats or a country house for families.
In addition, there is an outdoor swimming pool and a car park for 30 vehicles, including a charging station for electric vehicles.
The hotel has been operating for 30 years. It has been constantly renovated and undergone cosmetic improvements and adaptations.
