Housing prices in Alicante rose to €2,435 per square metre in June 2025, according to idealista, an all-time high for the city. This represents a 2.7% monthly increase and a 16.4% rise compared to June 2024.
Alicante is growing faster than the Spanish average
Nationally, the average price reached €2,438/m², just €3 more than in Alicante. However, Alicante outpaced the country in both annual and monthly growth: +16.4% year-on-year and +2.7% monthly, compared to Spain’s +14% and +2%, respectively.
