According to a new report by idealista in August 2025, Spain's most expensive street to buy property is located in the Costa del Sol, with an average property price exceeding €12 million. The study highlights the dominance of prime coastal locations, with the top ten most expensive streets distributed between Andalusia's Costa del Sol, the Balearic island of Mallorca, and the coast of Barcelona.

The Coto Zagaleta urbanisation in Benahavís, Málaga, has been identified as Spain's most exclusive address, with average property values reaching €12,366,846. The report places Avenida Supermaresme in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Barcelona, in second position, with average prices of €9,063,833. Completing the top three is Camí des Salinar in Andratx, Mallorca, with an average price of €8,909,375.

The findings underscore that a property on any of the top ten streets carries an average asking price of more than €6.8 million. The province of Málaga features prominently, accounting for six of the ten most expensive addresses.

The idealista study also provides a comprehensive overview of the most expensive street in each of Spain's 17 autonomous communities. Beyond the communities featured in the top ten, six other regions have addresses where average property prices exceed one million euros. These include the Canary Islands (€6.4 million), the Community of Madrid (€5.4 million), and the Valencian Community (€4.9 million).

In contrast, the report identifies Navarra as the most economical region, where its most expensive street, Avenida Pío XII in Pamplona, has an average price of €302,665. The next most affordable regions at the top end of the market are Castilla-La Mancha, with an average of €513,500, and Asturias, with €527,898.
