Fortunately, the province of Málaga offers several pet-friendly spots. Discover the best dog-friendly beaches in Málaga.

Sohail Castle Beach (Fuengirola)

Situated next to the iconic Sohail Castle in Fuengirola, Playa del Castillo was one of the first dog-friendly beaches in the province. While it’s not particularly large, it provides ample space for dogs to run and play, especially during the quieter off-season. The beach is equipped with basic amenities, including bins, easy access and nearby chiringuitos (beach bars). Being next to the historic castle, which overlooks the sea, adds a unique charm.
