Facilities, design and dining

Meliá frames the relaunch as an evolution of the all‑inclusive concept, designed to connect deeply with Fuerteventura’s landscape and culture, while strengthening its long‑term commitment to the Canary Islands. Interiors use natural materials and local craft to echo the island’s volcanic‑coastal landscape.

The Reserve is the adults‑only tier offering a private lounge, exclusive pools and priority access for activities and restaurants.

MAHOS focuses on kilometre‑zero produce under Germán Ortega, and is included for guests booked into The Reserve. Programming includes sound‑healing, seaside meditation, spa rituals, and a family line‑up under Wellness for Kids & Families, such as MINI Zumba, Kids Pool Games, MINI Yoga and KIDS Pilates.

Positioning and employment

The project forms part of a €32m co‑investment alliance between Meliá Hotels International and Banca March, with the bank and its clients as co‑owners. It introduces the first luxury all‑inclusive on Fuerteventura with a premium pricing strategy. Staffing has risen from roughly 150 to over 320, with inclusive hiring initiatives embedded in the relaunch.
