Dolce & Gabbana is entering the luxury residential sector on the Costa del Sol with the developer Sierra Blanca Estates. The famous Italian fashion house has announced its venture into the real estate sector with projects in Marbella, Miami and the Maldives.

Both companies have announced a collaboration that sees the launch of a pioneering residential, commercial and hospitality project on the Costa del Sol that will "seamlessly marry Dolce & Gabbana's style with Sierra Blanca Estates' attention to detail and expertise by delivering world-class standards of quality development".

Located in Marbella, the future project between Sierra Blanca Estates and Dolce & Gabbana is set to redefine luxury living standards by delivering an "innovative and unforgettable experience that will embody the best of both brands".

Dolce & Gabbana has chosen Marbella as the first location for its new venture into the residential sector and has also announced that it will develop projects in Miami and the Maldives.

Sierra Blanca Estates president and founder, Pedro Rodriguez, said he was "very proud" to collaborate with Dolce & Gabbana. "The future project will expand our business engagement and transform the way a brand has ever imagined such an exclusive and unique lifestyle. We look forward to bringing Dolce & Gabbana's creative vision to life in our region," he added.

Sierra Blanca Estates, the branded luxury residences specialist

The developer Sierra Blanca Estates specialises in branded luxury residences, a concept that is becoming increasingly popular in Spain where the developer and a luxury brand collaborate to offer additional services to homeowners.

Recently, the Marbella developer announced a project with a surface area of more than 80,000 m2, on which a residential complex with 70 homes will be built under this 'branded luxury residences' concept.

Marbella Design Hills will also include a five-star hotel with 80 rooms, a shopping mall, a restaurant area and large green spaces. The investment in this upscale area, which stretches from Puerto Banus to the heart of Marbella, will be in the region of €250 m.

The Spanish developer is also involved in the first branded architectural residential project for Karl Lagerfeld, the famous fashion designer who passed away in 2019. The five villas that will make up the Karl Lagerfeld Villas Marbella project will be almost totally secluded, shaped in a unique way by their architecture and occupy a total area of 9,670 m2.
