Terra Viva is the name the Saudi-based luxury real estate developer, DarGlobal, has given to its new project on the Costa del Sol in Malaga. The exclusive complex of 53 high-standing villas in Benahavis is valued at €282 million. The high-quality houses will be designed by Lamborghini, representing the Italian car brand's first residential project in Europe.
The real estate developer is taking an exciting step in its expansion in Spain with this exclusive project for the luxury and high-end segment. The select complex will feature 24/7 security in the area known as Los Jaralillos, providing a private and secure environment for its residents and guests.
"Tierra Viva is more than just an exclusive community; it is the emblem of luxury living. At DarGlobal, we have always sought to present a limited edition of the high-end real estate concept to our discerning clientele. We are delighted to collaborate with Lamborghini, further expanding our luxury brand portfolio and offering a premium experience in Spain," said Ziad El Chaar, CEO of DarGlobal.
The complex of large individual villas will have panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea at different heights and will offer a combination of strength and vitality, giving a well-deserved homage to its name. The 53 villas will be inspired by the iconic Lamborghini design with three models: 6-bedroom Diamond, 5-bedroom Sapphire and 4-bedroom Emerald.
Each villa includes direct drive-up access, panoramic pools, multiple terraces and spectacular gardens, all complete with polished marble floors, fine leather and glass elements.
"This partnership is a fusion of the essence of Lamborghini's luxury supercars and DarGlobal's real estate expertise. Tierra Viva embodies the essence and power of Lamborghini, its limitless nature interpreted in an architectural masterpiece," Stephan Winkelmann, CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, remarked at the project's presentation.
