Estepona (Malaga) has become one of the top destinations for both Spanish and international property investors. This popularity is evident in the luxury residential complex Ikkil Bay, located in Playa del Cristo, which is priced between €2.3 million and €5 million and has sold two of the town's most expensive properties.
The Ikkil Bay residential development features nine properties in total, including eight high-rise villas and a penthouse, all situated in the exclusive Seghers area of Estepona.
According to data from idealista/data collected last July, this area boasts the highest property prices in Estepona. With a price per square metre of €4,619, Seghers is the most exclusive place to live in Estepona.

This area has transformed over the past few years, establishing itself as a local reference point, with a quarterly increase of 7.5%, although it has seen a decrease of 1.9% compared to the previous year.
The growing interest in Seghers reflects a broader trend in Estepona, which reached a record high in July with an average price of €3,461/m², up 12.6% from the same month last year.
