Engel & Völkers has listed Villa Bellagio, one of Marbella’s most exclusive mansions, for €70 million. Located in the prestigious Sierra Blanca development on the Costa del Sol, the luxury property won the 2022 Macael Award for Best Design.

The mansion was designed by Spanish architect Jesús del Valle, who blends style and luxury with cutting-edge technology and amenities on par with a five-star resort.

The property spans a total constructed area of 5,507 m². Upon entering, one is immediately struck by its palatial style, highlighted by a large fountain at the entrance, inspired by the iconic water feature at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Additionally, situated 300 metres above sea level, the home offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Inside the mansion, there are 12 suites, with four located on the main floor and the remaining eight upstairs. However, the most impressive feature is the lower level, which is dedicated entirely to relaxation and wellness. This area includes a spa, a heated indoor pool adorned with handcrafted mosaics, a traditional hammam, a Finnish sauna, a fully equipped gym, a massage room and a hair and nail salon.

Outside, there is a spacious terrace featuring a 22-metre pool, providing the perfect setting for relaxation while taking in the stunning views.

Inside, the mansion offers amenities for unmatched entertainment, including a professional bowling alley, a billiards room with a bar, a 22-seat cinema, a climate-controlled exhibition garage for car collections, and an underground garage with space for an additional 30 vehicles. Additionally, a state-of-the-art home automation system and surround sound throughout the home enhance the overall sensory experience.
