The Costa del Sol has reaffirmed its position as one of Europe’s most dynamic residential markets, now boasting more than 1,200 branded residences – 62% of all such properties in Spain, according to industry data. This growth highlights a shift in the luxury real-estate landscape: the value of a home is no longer defined solely by its size or location, but by the quality of the experience it delivers. Personalised services, signature design and premium amenities are the hallmarks of this new era.
Against this backdrop, Prestige Expo Group is strengthening Estepona’s international profile with the launch of Tyrian Residences, a development that blends design, wellness and five-star hotel services. Created in partnership with Grupo BZH, the project marks the arrival in the town of a residential model inspired by destinations such as Miami and Dubai.
According to the Branded Residences Monitor, Spain is expected to add a further 1,200 such units by 2027, with Marbella and Madrid leading the expansion. In this landscape, Prestige Expo Group is focusing on independent developments that move beyond the traditional notion of premium housing, embracing instead a lifestyle rooted in wellbeing and hospitality.
Tyrian Residences, designed by the international studios Yodezeen and Arata Arquitectura, sits on the beachfront and comprises just 40 units ranging from 300 to 1,060 m², with prices from €3.6 to €8.5 million. Created in line with WELL standards, the development is seeking Silver pre-certification, based on assessments of air quality, lighting, comfort and acoustics.
The building incorporates more than 1,400 m² devoted to wellness, including a 700 m² spa, a naturally lit heated pool, a hammam, saunas, a Technogym-equipped gym, family leisure areas, a golf simulator and a rooftop pool with 360º views. All services are managed through an exclusive app offering seamless 24-hour support: valet parking, maintenance, reservations, a private chef and administrative assistance.
“Tyrian redefines the concept of premium ownership: an environment where architecture, technology, security and wellbeing converge to deliver genuine comfort and peace of mind,” says Prestige Expo Group.
Estepona was chosen for its remarkable urban and sustainable transformation in recent years. Boasting over 320 days of sunshine annually, the town strikes a balance between Andalusian authenticity, modern infrastructure and natural surroundings, establishing itself as a quiet-luxury destination on the Mediterranean. The renovation of its historic centre, the addition of new cultural and sporting venues, and excellent connections to Málaga and Gibraltar airports further enhance its appeal.
Tyrian Residences, therefore, embodies an independent and understated vision of contemporary luxury: homes designed for wellbeing, in harmony with their environment, and suited to every stage of life. It represents a further step in cementing the Costa del Sol as Europe’s epicentre for experiential residential luxury.
