This house of the week from idealista is an ultra-luxury villa situated on a mountainside, giving utterly breath-taking views of Benidorm and the surrounding hills, beach and sea. The property comes with several spacious lounge areas inside and outside, allowing you to enjoy the property to the full at any time of day, whatever the weather (although Benidorm does get 300 days of sunshine per year!).
The indoor living room has a fireplace and is the perfect space to enjoy winter nights, while the exterior poolside lounge is great for those sunny Spanish summers. There’s a nice, romantic seating area under the palm trees that’s a wonderful place to admire the amazing views of the city and skyline of Benidorm.
The 5 large bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms and sea views. The villa is also equipped with a domotic smart house system, underfloor heating, individual zone climate control for each room, an infinity swimming pool and a spacious garage.
No expense has been spared in the building of this house, with a high standard of quality which can be seen in all of the finishings and materials. The modern interior design provides a calm atmosphere and a sense of ample light and spaciousness. This is a property for people who want the best in design, quality and views without compromising any of them.
Benidorm is the capital of the Costa Blanca and the main tourist focal point in Spain, so there are great transport links to many parts of Alicante, Valencia and Denia, where you can take a boat ride over to the beautiful Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Mallorca and Menorca. The International Airport of Alicante-Elche is also close by, with flights to all major European and international destinations. If you want to live in the best part of Spain in a luxury seaside villa, this is the property for you.
