Villa Yasmin, the Schumacher family’s luxury villa in Port d’Andratx, Mallorca, remains one of the most high-profile private residences in Spain’s Balearic Islands. Originally built and owned by Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez, the property was acquired by the family for around €30 million in 2018.

The seven-time Formula 1 world champion's Villa Yasmin is located in the Las Brisas residential area, in Port d'Andratx, to the southwest of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range.
The area has become one of the most exclusive corners of Mallorca, with a limited supply of large waterfront and hillside homes. In fact, Port d'Andratx is Spain's third most expensive postcode in 2026, and has long been associated with high-end real estate and international buyers, such as elite athletes and business executives.

Reports put the size of Villa Yasmin’s plot at around 15,000 m², with the built area divided into three main structures surrounded by terraced gardens and multiple outdoor lounging areas.
In addition to two pools and extensive gardens, the estate includes a gym and a private helipad, providing both on-site leisure facilities and discreet access for the family and guests. Architecturally, the villa and its neighbouring properties combine contemporary lines with natural stone and Mediterranean landscaping.

Although Michael Schumacher has not appeared in public since his skiing accident in 2013, his Mallorca residence continues to feature in media coverage about the family’s private life.
The most notable recent development was the wedding of his daughter. Gina Schumacher and her husband, Iain Bethke, chose Villa Yasmin for their ceremony and celebrations on Saturday, 28 September 2024.

Netflix has confirmed a new German-language non-fiction documentary titled Schumacher ’94, scheduled for release in 2026. The film will revisit Schumacher’s first Formula 1 title-winning season in 1994. - LEGO® Icons Formula 1 Legends set with Michael Schumacher
LEGO® has also announced a new Formula 1 Legends set, due for release on 1st March 2026. The 735‑piece set pays tribute to one of the most successful phases of Schumacher’s Ferrari era.
