Brosh, a developer specialising in the comprehensive development of residential projects, has completed the urban transformation of the Camino Cortes Sur sector in Estepona (Málaga), a 127,000 square metre area with capacity for 320 homes. The company holds the majority stake in the Landowners' Association and has been the main driving force behind the project, which has now completed its development following an investment of €20 million, as reported by idealista/news.

The development has included the acquisition, planning, urbanisation and subdivision of the area, as well as the creation of plots designated for residential use, in coordination with the Estepona City Council. The result is a new, well-planned sector ready to accommodate mid-to-high-end and high-end new construction projects.

Efraín Marín, Brosh's Southern Regional Manager, stresses that “urban development is a way of building the future. Our purpose is to transform the city through projects that generate value, promote sustainability and improve people's lives. We are thus reaffirming our long-term commitment to Estepona, the province of Málaga, and Andalusia, opting for planned growth that we are proud of.”

Two promotions and €125 m investment

With the area already having been zoned for residential use, Brosh has presented its first two developments in Camino Cortes Sur, which total 169 homes and an aggregate investment of €125 million.

The first is Naya Residences, a project comprising 88 high-end homes whose construction began on 15 October. Targeting a predominantly international clientele, this development inaugurates a new premium product line within the company's strategy.

The second development, Nyra Residences, features 81 homes and is currently in the pre-launch phase. Both developments offer two- and three-bedroom flats, with prices ranging from €668,000 to €915,000. The communal areas include a swimming pool, gym, community room and landscaped gardens.

A planned and sustainable development

The project is conceived as a sustainable urban development, with particular attention to landscape integration and the restoration of the banks of the streams in the area. Brosh emphasises that it is a model of responsible growth, focused on urban quality and far removed from speculative approaches.

With construction underway at Naya Residences and Nyra Residences preparing for its launch, the developer is strengthening its presence on the Costa del Sol and reinforcing its commitment to residential projects featuring contemporary design, sustainability and architectural quality. These new developments also solidify the company's strategic shift towards a more exclusive product, focused on discerning clients seeking comfort and distinctive locations.
