You've probably heard of abandoned villages for sale in Spain, not to mention places in Spain where you could get paid to live, and now, this Spanish village is offering cheap rent to remote workers and entrepreneurs. We have the details.

About the project

The municipality of Letur in Albacete has built 10 homes, all with 2 and 3 bedrooms, to rent with all kinds of amenities and a high energy efficiency rating. Prices are around 340-350 euros per month for a property which includes a co-working space for working from home and a meeting room. The property is in its final stages and all work is expected to be completed in the coming weeks and months.
